T-REX Product Warranty
- This warranty is valid for the product distributed or imported by Mega Cell Enterprise (M) Sdn Bhd in Malaysia and with Products carrying T-REX, AUTOLOCK and TECHLOCK brand name only.
- Mega Cell Enterprise (M) Sdn Bhd warrants all T-REX, AUTOLOCK and TECHLOCK products for the following periods : Non-Electronic auto security locks - Two (2) years. Auto security locks attached with Electronic Parts - One (1) year
- This warranty form must be completed with accurate detail and register online through www.megacell.com.my within 7 days of purchase or else the warranty is null and void.
- This warranty is non-transferable and in the event of failure to register product warranty online within 7 days of purchase, Mega Cell Enterprise (M) Sdn Bhd has the right to decline any warranty claim.
- This warranty does not include for batteries.
- Upon discovery of a defect in materials, workmanship or failure to meet the specifications of the Product during warranty period, Mega Cell Enterprise (M) Sdn Bhd shall, at it's sole discretion, either repair such Product or replace it with the equivalent product without charging any technical labor fee and repair parts cost to customer. In case of repair or replacement, Mega Cell (M) Sdn Bhd shall own all the parts removed from the defective products. Mega Cell (M) Sdn Bhd may use new and/ or reconditioned parts made by various manufacturers in performing warranty repairs and replacing products. In the event that Mega Cell (M) Sdn Bhd repairs or replaces a product, the original warranty term for such Product is not extended
Limitation and Exclusion of the Warranty
- Cosmetic damages; damage caused by (1) acts of God, accident, misuse, abuse, negligence, commercial use or modifications of the Product; (2) Improper operation, installation or maintenance of the Product; (3) connection to improper voltage supply; or (4) repair or attempted repair by any party other than T-REX, AUTOLOCK and TECHLOCK authorised personnel.
- Malfunction resulting from the use of the Product in conjunction with any accessories, products or ancillary or peripheral equipment, or where it is determined by Mega Cell Enterprise (M) Sdn Bhd that there is no fault with the Product itself.
- The Product if the product serial number is altered or defaced in any manner whatsoever.
- The Product if it is used in conjunction with any consumable which is not supplied by Mega Cell Enterprise (M) Sdn Bhd.
- When there are requests for routine inspection, maintenance, adjustment and cleaning.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY IN NO EVENT SHALL EITHER PARTY BE LIABLE TO THE OTHER FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM PERFORMANCE OR FAILURE TO PERFORM UNDER THE CONTRACT, OR FROM THE FURNISHING, PERFORMANCE OR USE OF ANY GOODS OR SERVICE SOLD OR PROVIDED PURSUANT HERETO, WHETHER DUE TO A BREACH OF CONTRACT, BREACH OF WARRANTY, NEGLIGENCE, OR OTHERWISE. THIS DISCLAIMER DOES NOT AFFECT THE CUSTOMER'S STATUTORY RIGHTS. NEITHER PARTY SHALL HAVE ANY LIABILITY TO THE OTHER FOR INDIRECT OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES OR FOR ANY CLAIM BY ANY THIRD PARTY EXCEPT AS EXPREESSLY PROVIDED HEREIN.
